POSITION: Warehouse Supervisor

SALARY RANGE: $26-$30/hr DOE

THE OPPORTUNITY

Get involved in the aviation industry by starting with learning the building blocks: aircraft parts and relationship building. Join our growing team, backed by encouraging investors as we try to deliver significant value to our Customers by sourcing hard to find parts and delivering them at a much lower cost than the OEM supply chain. We are building relationships & cutting data all to help our Customers keep their planes in the air.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.

  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maximize safety, productivity, and efficiency.

  • Plan and execute regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions to prevent future variances.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Oversee the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

  • Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to optimize shipping schedules.

  • Ensure all received goods are inspected, documented, and stored correctly.

  • Manage international shipping and freight operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counts, shipping, and receiving processes.

  • Experience with international shipping and customs regulations.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Since they were founded in 1959, Pacific Air & Air-Cert have been working together to deliver creative part and repair solutions for their commercial, cargo and military customers. Air-Cert is an FAA 145 Repair Shop with unlimited ratings for Class 1 and 2 airframe parts and limited ratings for landing gear. In other words, we repair a wide variety of airplane parts so that our top tier customers can get their planes back in the air. Our repairs are accepted by every major Carrier and OEM. Pacific Air is an ASA 100 distribution business focused on providing inventory off the shelf, with 300k+ parts positioned strategically near LAX. They are also approved far and wide. Together, they offer customers a vast array of solutions to find and repair parts to keep planes flying for our 1,000+ customers.

With their support and encouragement, we have invested in our team and even grown our headcount during the COVID decline. We have also invested heavily into technology, equipment, and inventory. These investments have put us in a pole position coming into the COVID recovery, as seen in our recent business results. Now, we are looking to build upon this momentum, especially within the Pacific Air Sales team.
